Privacy notice

Who we are
M100 Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15692712, with our registered office at 26 Deverills Way, Slough, SL3 8WN. Contact us at m100ltd@outlook.com or 0330 043 9117 about your information.
Information we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, selected service and message, together with a company name and telephone number if you provide them. The enquiry is saved in our business enquiry system and sent as an email notification. Our hosting systems also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and error records to operate and protect the website. Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements and take steps towards providing the services you request. Where an enquiry relates to a possible contract with you, we use it to take steps at your request before a contract. For business enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, and for website security and administration, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and running our business. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting and email services involve IONOS. Enquiry records are held in a hosted PostgreSQL database provided by Neon, and email notifications are sent to our Microsoft Outlook inbox. These providers process information to deliver their services. The database is hosted in the United States, and email or support processing may also take place outside the UK. You can contact us for details of the arrangements that apply to your information. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where needed to meet legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries while discussing or providing the requested work, and afterwards where needed for business records, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. The period depends on whether an enquiry leads to work, the records involved and any applicable legal requirement. Technical logs are kept by our service providers according to their operational settings. Contact us if you want us to review whether your enquiry still needs to be kept.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
The demonstration website
The Motor Trade Website Demo uses fictional listings. Its forms are simulated and do not submit or save the information you enter. The separate “Request a website like this” link opens our genuine service enquiry form, to which this notice applies.
